What is Gmail??!
Gmail (pronounced Gee-mail) is a free Web-based e-mail
service currently being tested at Google that provides users with a gigabyte of
storage for messages and provides the ability to search for specific messages.
The Gmail program also automatically organizes successively related
messages into a conversational thread.
The backbone of Gmail is a powerful Google search engine that
quickly finds any message an account owner has ever sent or received.
When Gmail displays an email, it automatically shows all the replies to that
e-mail as well, so users can view a message in the context of a conversation.
There are no pop-ups or untargeted banner ads in Gmail, which places relevant
text ads and links to related Web pages adjacent to e-mail messages.
How to sign in it??!
To access a Gmail account,
users must first register to create a single Google account to access multiple
Google services. On the Google Account sign up page you will be prompted
to enter personal information such as your name, location, date of birth and
mobile number.
After creating an account,
simply enter the Gmail website URL in the browser's address or location field (https://mail.google.com/)
and use the Gmail account by typing in a username and password.
